Join us on the 31st October 2024 between for a traditional Hallowe’en Alice’s Tea Party. We will be having a slightly retro feel, and going back to the original idea behind Hallowe’en.
As it’s a time of year when traditionally families would visit the graves of their loved ones (this goes back to ancient times!) and have, you guessed it, a picnic in honour of the dearly departed. From 2:30-3pm we will be sharing memories of someone we love who has died. Bringing a memento of them (a photo, a favourite jumper, a poem they liked) and we will go round in a circle, sharing a funny story or just saying that we miss them.
From 3 – 3.30 we will have a special Hallowe’en Tea & piano maestro Nick Gill will play some seasonal songs.
4pm – 4:30(ish)pm we will have some fun games and crafts – make paper bats and ‘pin the teeth on the vampire !
either hanging doughnut game and apple bobbing, and for those flexible enough a strange game of Twister.
