GETTING TO FALCON ROWING CLUB

GETTING A LIFT IN A CAR FROM ST MARY & ST JOHN CHURCH, COWLEY ROAD

2.  Meet for 2.15pm at  St Mary & St John Church.   Susie will be there with a Taxi or car between 2:10 to 2.15pm and can give you a lift.  This is free. If you can, please message her by phone if you know her number or email alicesteaparty007@gmail.com to let her know you want a lift and are coming.

We hope to be able to give anyone who needs it a lift back to to bus stops afterwards.

BY BUS
ALONG THE IFFLEY ROAD  –   Buses 3 and 3A, 46 – Howard Street West Stop.  Then either
a) walk down Fairacres Road to the bottom and turn left.  The entrance to the Falcon Rowing Club is through the car park on your right (the first car park).
b)  walk down Donnington Bridge Road and turn right just before the bridge.  The Falcon Rowing club car park is about 100 metres along on your left opposite no 329 Meadow lane. The walk from the bus stop is about 10 minutes (0.4 Mile)

BY BUS FROM ABINGDON ROAD
X1 and X15 – the stop is Chatham Road.  You then walk over Donnington Bridge and turn left.  The Falcon Rowing Club is at the back of  the second car park on your left. The walk from the bus stop is about 12-14 minutes (0.6 mile)

BY CAR – there is a good sized car park just for the Rowing Club and it is free.
 BY BIKE – there are bike racks just outside the building.

A Range of Activities

We have a wide range of Activities suitable for all ages and abilities. We have a crafts table, featuring collaging, drawing, sewing, knitting, and origami paper folding. We have music (often provided by Nick and Danny) and a group singalong. We have a creative writing group, a discussion group, meditation and light exercise.
